Blues Bands tredje og fjerde album, Itchy Feet og Brand Loyalty, blev oprindeligt udgivet i henholdsvis 1981 og 1982. Opsætningen på hvert album er den samme som på de to første med den undtagelse, at Rob Townsend fra bandet Family erstattede Hughie Flint på trommer.
