Albummet omfatter soundtracket til en genudgivet version af den dengang banebrydende stum dokumentarfilm fra 1929, Man with a Movie Camera fra den russiske instruktør Dziga Vertov. The Cinematic Orchestra fik til opgave at indspille partituret for at spille som åbningsbegivenheden i Porto, Portugals år som europæisk kulturhovedstad i 2001.
