Gruppens eneste konceptalbum (ligner på nogle måder til Pretty Things' SF Sorrow), bygget op omkring livshistorien om John "Babbacombe" Lee, en fordømt morder fra victoriansk tid. Lees historie, fra hans barndomsfattigdom til hans tid i Royal Navy, at han blev invalideret og tvunget til at arbejde i Miss Keyes tjeneste, til hendes mord og hans dødsdom, og galgen fejl tre gange, fortælles i sang, og alle på nær én af disse sange er originale.
