Den har Macy Gray, Ashley Slater, Bootsy Collins, Roland Clark, Jim Morrison og Roger Sanchez som gæstebidragydere. Albummets titel, nævnt i singlen "Weapon of Choice" er en hentydning til Oscar Wilde-citatet "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars".
