Albummet indeholder det populære titelnummer, "Dreams of Death" og "Saturday Night's Alright". Tre af de inkluderede numre ("No Place For Disgrace", "NE Terror" og "I Live You Die") blev skrevet sammen af Jason Newsted (Metallica).
