Den blev udgivet den 28. april 2017 af Republic Records.[5] Albummet indeholder betydelige bidrag fra Carlene Carter, som arbejdede sammen med Mellencamp på Ghost Brothers of Darkland County, hans musikalske samarbejde med Stephen King og Ithaca, filmen han scorede for den tidligere kæreste Meg Ryan.
