Den faktiske titel på denne udgivelse er "The Album of the Soundtrack of the Trailer of the Film of Monty Python and the Holy Grail (1975)." Som sådan består størstedelen af disken af uddrag fra filmens dialog. Dette er en anden tilgang end hvad forfatteren/skuespillerne Michael Palin, Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Eric Idle, Terry Jones og Terry Gilliam (også visuel designer) havde taget med deres tidligere studieudflugter, som i det væsentlige var genindspilninger af klassiske sketches fra Monty Pythons Flying Circus tv-program.
