Det giver mening, at den guldstrubede alt-crooner Grant Lee Phillips bør slutte sig til rækken af andre gådefulde 20. århundredes undergrundsrockikoner som Robyn Hitchcock, Nick Lowe og John Doe på Yep Roc.
