Rat Pack Live at the Sands var et Sinatra-projekt, der aldrig så dagens lys i hans levetid. Indspillet i september 1963 er det lige så meget en anklage som en fejring af en livsstil, der fik Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin og Sammy Davis Jr deres harum-scarum-rygte i slutningen af 50'erne og begyndelsen af 60'erne. Sinatras mange apologeter tog altid parti for celebranterne, men der var altid en følelse af, at den handling, disse tre mænd så nød at tage til gavn for Las Vegas lånere, var en række private vittigheder eller cameoer, som tilfældigvis blev overværet af et publikum.
