Greatest Hits er et greatest hits-album af Sly and the Family Stone, første gang udgivet i november 1970 af Epic Records. Består af fem singler og deres B-sider sammen med en ekstra single og et albumnummer, og inkluderer alle singlerne fra albummene Dance to the Music (1968), Life (1968) og Stand! (1969), og alle deres kortlægning af B-sider. Tre numre udgivet som singler i 1969 vises på albummet for første gang her: "Hot Fun in the Summertime", "Everybody Is a Star" og "Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)".
