Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi-partituret blev indspillet i Abbey Road-studierne i januar og februar 1983 af London Symphony Orchestra. Partituret vandt endnu en Oscar-nominering for Williams. På grund af faldet i popularitet for vinylformatet blev 'Return of the Jedi', som er det længste partitur i den originale trilogi, kun udgivet på én LP i stedet for to som A New Hope og The Empire Strikes Back.
