2. Prices

All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT (25%).

3. Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, ShopPay, Union Pay.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:

  1. We withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or

  2. The money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.

5. Delivery

We deliver to a parcel shop close to your address – in 95% of cases within a radius of 0 km. The system automatically finds the nearest parcel shop.

There is a fixed shipping cost of DKK 49 (within Denmark) regardless of order size.

Delivery time:

  • Denmark: approx. 1–5 business days

  • EU and abroad: 5–19 business days (including customs clearance)

90% of all orders are shipped within 1–5 days.

All goods are sent in custom-made vinyl packaging and wrapped in bubble wrap.

The vinyl record in its inner sleeve is removed from the cover to prevent edge cuts. This does not apply to sealed items. Upon request, we will open the sealed vinyl and remove the record from the cover.

Your order will be shipped directly to your home address. Larger orders must be collected at your local post office.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

If the order consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.

This means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to recordpushervinyl@gmail.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot withdraw by refusing to receive the item without at the same time notifying us.

7. Withdrawal of Part of the Purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive the shipping costs back if you withdraw from part of your purchase.

8. Return

Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

You must pay the cost of returning the package yourself, and you bear the risk if damage occurs during transport.

The costs of returning all goods are expected to be at most: DKK 49.

9. No Right of Withdrawal

These agreements cannot be withdrawn: delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software that you have broken the seal on.

10. Condition of the Item Upon Return

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the item’s commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean that you only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.

11. Refund of the Purchase Amount

If you withdraw your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has lost value, we deduct the amount for which you are liable.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you want to withdraw the agreement.

We return the money using the same payment method that you used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item unless you provide documentation of having returned it.

12. Uncollected Packages

If you fail to collect a package from the parcel shop and it is returned to us, you must pay the actual costs imposed on us by the shipping company for the return shipment. If you want the package re-sent, you must pay any new shipping cost.

13. Right of Complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.

This means that you have a 24-month right of complaint.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch so we can refund your shipping costs.

14. Complaints Procedure

If you, as a consumer, want to complain about your purchase, you must contact recordpushervinyl@gmail.com. If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to:

To be able to complain, the product or service must have cost at least DKK 1,220 and at most DKK 100,000.

15. Return Policy in Store

You can return or exchange items in our physical store if they are sealed and 100% intact.

We do not give refunds. There is no time limit for exchanges.
