Recorded in an abandoned church previously used by The Pixies and The B-52s, the album was co-produced by John Hill and features a darker tone than their previous albums. Includes the singles 'Slow Poison' and 'I Am Your Skin'. The limited edition LP version comes with a copy of the CD.
