The Glands were an indie rock band from Athens, Georgia who took their influences from classic ‘60s rock and ‘90s bands such as Pavement (listen to opening track 'Livin' Was Easy'). Their self-titled album was the second of two that they would release in their time and was originally released in 2000. Singer and main songwriter, Ross Shapiro sadly died in 2016.
