The "Destroys Anaheim '76" LP by Kiss is released on Universal and documents one of the highlights of the band's early live era. The release is based on the legendary concert at Anaheim Stadium and transfers that historic event to the vinyl format in a newly remixed version.

The recording was originally captured by Eddie Kramer; for this edition, Kramer has once again mixed the material from the multi-track tapes to bring out the dynamics of the performance more clearly and preserve the live character of the show. The selection focuses on tracks from the album "Destroyer" as well as early classics from the band's creative period.

Musically, Kiss display the full spectrum of their stage presence on this LP: energetic guitar riffs, distinctive lead vocals, and concise rhythmic work that puts the interaction between band and audience front and center. The arrangements remain close to the 1970s originals, while the new mix offers greater clarity in the instrumental details.

The accompanying booklet to the release supplements the vinyl edition with historical photos and background notes on the show, making the LP a carefully documented memento of a formative moment in the band's history.
