Mellemblond - Lysvågen

NEW VINYL LP ON MELLEM 2014.

Mellemblond is a danish rocktrio founded in Copenhagen in 2006. In June 2008 the band released their debut ep on renowned danish label Auditorium and january 2009 year their debut album, “Ude Af Mine Hænder”. Mellemblond is influenced by bluesy rock from the 60’s and 70’s and present similar bands like BRMC or White Stripes, but a softer, more quiet tone can also be heard in the songs. Lets’s call it the danish factor. Songwriter Munck Mortensens danish lyrics adds a poetic and dreamy quality to the bands rustic sound. The guys are currently working on a new album scheduled for release in february 2013.
