Some of the best non-western Morricone elements are in place here – spacious scorings, wordless vocals, and odd twists and turns on instruments that are often hard to determine! Darker sounds jangle together with lighter ones beautifully – and a few cuts feature great vocals from I Cantori Moderni, sometimes quite spooky, sometimes a bit more mod.
