Fearless is the second studio album by German singer Nina Hagen, released in November 1983 by CBS Records. Angstlos, the German version of the album with a different tracklist, was also released. The album is produced by Giorgio Moroder and Keith Forsey and has more disco sound than her previous work. The song "What It Is" was written by Flea and Anthony Kiedis of Red Hot Chili Peppers.
