The original 2005 edition spans three vinyl sides, for maximum sound quality - all meticulously remastered from the original sessions. On the original release, the fourth side was blank, but is now dedicated to the band's entire BBC session, recorded at the iconic Maida Vale studio in 2006. The third vinyl offers a true headlong dive into the archives with outtakes, demos and alternative mixes that expose the creative process of the otherwise perfectionist band. A total of 17 bonus tracks have been added to the album, and this deluxe edition has also been expanded with updated artwork and a 12-page booklet with liner notes by world-star architect Bjarke Ingels, a track-by-track guide to the new material and archive photos. This is not just a reissue - it's a glimpse into one of electronic rock's greatest eras, which, despite being 20 years old, still sounds like the future.
