Zbigniew Preisener really is one of the greatest film composers of the modern era, but his work for the great, late Krzysztof Kieslowski stands out as not only his most well known, but also his finest work. 'Three Colours: White" is lighter in mood than the other two films in the series, but the score is another magical collection of solo-piano pieces, orchestral arrangements, and a string-led, Klezmer-style motif that's perhaps the most memorable section of music from any of the three films. We reckon you should grab all of these Preisner vinyl reissues while you can, they're all just so good.
